I've had the privilege of watching product development evolve from drafting boards to CAD, automation, connected devices, and now artificial intelligence. Each new technology has opened new possibilities, but the real opportunity has always been learning how to build better products, better systems, and ultimately better companies. New product development starts with the unknown. This is where ideas are tested, problems are explored, and experience guides the first working solution.
Once a problem is solved, it should not be solved again. Repeated actions, repeated decisions, and repeated checks should become part of the system.
